This annual event not only highlights the spirit of camaraderie among the Unilever team but also celebrates the rich traditions associated with this beloved holiday, bringing a touch of Irish culture to the workplace.

Route 66 Mobile Diner had the pleasure of serving a remarkable two hundred and fifty guests over the course of three bustling shifts. Our signature dish, "The Blackstone" Reuben, was a standout favorite among the attendees. This delectable sandwich features Guinness slow-roasted corned beef brisket, cooked to perfection to ensure a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Accompanying the savory brisket are generous portions of boiled cabbage, which adds a delightful crunch and a nod to traditional Irish fare. To complete the meal, we included roasted red potatoes and carrots, providing a hearty and wholesome side that perfectly complements the main dish. Additionally, we served freshly baked Irish soda bread, a classic accompaniment that not only enhances the meal but also adds a warm, comforting touch that resonates with the essence of Irish hospitality.
