Only 2% of all automotive technicians in the United States are female. It’s Mechanista’s mission to solve the 2% problem by being the country’s only nonprofit automotive garage that offers training and real-world experience to the next generation of female and nonbinary automotive technicians.
Mechanista is a nonprofit automotive garage and that provides professional automotive training to 16-24 year-old female and nonbinary students through a paid, supportive apprenticeship program.
